PVN is a free internet-based publication that relays news and information on what is commonly referred-to as the "adult entertainment industry".

Exercising our U.S. First Amendment rights, PVN features material that has been made by adults over the age of 18, and is intended only for adults over the age of 18 who wish to view it.

PVN operates under the principles of Freedom of the Press, which is the guarantee by the United States government of free public speech for its citizens, and associations of individuals extended to members of news-gathering organizations, and their published reporting. With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, all models, actors, actresses and other persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions.

PVN does not contain ANY visual depictions (photographs and/or motion images) of “sexually explicit conduct” (as the term is defined) and is therefore exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), and are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are otherwise exempt because said visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

None of the visual depictions herein were paid for by the publishers of this website. They are simply a visual documentation of news and events as they occurred, shot in private locations designated as strictly off-limits to minors under 18 years of age.

The promoters of these events have prominently posted warnings and disclaimers which release photographers and their affiliates of any and all liability that might arise due to the publishing of said visual depictions. As part of this affiliation, said independent producers make available to DWM certain visual depictions (photographs) that are hosted and displayed as graphical advertisements (sometimes referred to as “banner” or “thumbnail” images.)

None of the said graphical advertisements (photographs and/or motion images) contain any visual depictions of “sexually explicit conduct” (as the term is defined) and is therefore exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. DWM and PVN assume no liability for the correctness of advertisements on this site.

Furthermore, DWM and/or PVN are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC section 2257) of any of the visual depictions of graphical advertising contained in this website.
